INTRODUCTION & DEFINITIONS

 

Contractual Relationship

This legally binding Agreement governs all use of www.tifopro.com (the "Site") operated by TIFOPRO Michał Płoskonka ("TIFOPRO", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site, you ("User", "Customer") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and all incorporated documents.

  • You’ll need to provide your real name (no nicknames) and a valid email we can contact you at.

  • Business customers must use their company email (e.g., name@yourbusiness.com).

  • Why? This helps prevent fraud and ensures smooth order processing.

1.2 Keeping Your Account Safe

Your responsibilities:

  • Use a strong password (we recommend a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

  • If you notice suspicious activity (e.g., orders you didn’t place), tell us immediately.

  • We’ll never ask for your password via email—if someone does, it’s a scam!

1.3 When Accounts Are Closed

Possible reasons:

  • If your account is inactive for 4+ months, we may deactivate it (but your order history stays saved).

  • Fraudulent activity (e.g., using fake payment details) will result in immediate suspension.


 

2. Placing Orders (Step-by-Step)

 

2.1 How Orders Work

Here’s what happens after you order:

  1. Payment Check (1-2 hours): We verify your payment to prevent fraud.

  2. Design Review (24 hours): Our team checks for prohibited content (e.g., offensive images).

  3. Production Starts: You’ll get an email with your estimated completion date.

2.2 Custom Design Rules

What you can/can’t upload:

Allowed:

  • Your original artwork (you own the copyright).

  • Licensed designs (e.g., bought from Creative Market).

Not Allowed:

  • Logos of big brands (Nike, Disney, etc.) unless you have written permission.

  • AI-generated art that violates artist terms (e.g., Midjourney’s commercial policy).

2.3 Production Times

What to expect:

  • Standard orders: Usually ready in 5-10 business days.

  • Rush service (extra fee): Cuts time in half (great for last-minute gifts!).


 

3. Payments & Refunds (Plain English)

 

3.1 How to Pay

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard—we don’t store your card details).

  • PayPal (instant payment).

  • Bank transfers 

3.2 Taxes & Fees

EU customers:

  • Prices include  VAT  or 0% VAT if you provide a valid EU VAT number.
    International customers:

  • You might owe customs fees—check your country’s import rules.

3.3 Refund Policy

Non-custom items (e.g., blank T-shirts):

  • Return within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping).

  • Must be unworn/unused with tags attached.
    Custom items

  • No refunds (since we can’t resell personalized items).

  • Exception: If we messed up (e.g., wrong print), we’ll reprint it free.


 

4. Shipping & Delivery (Realistic Expectations)

5. Copyrights & Legal (Simplified)

 

5.1 Using Copyrighted Material

Example scenario:

  • You can’t print a Star Wars design unless you’re Disney or have a license.

  • Solution: Use original art or buy licenses from sites like Creative Fabrica.

5.2 If Someone Steals Your Design

How we help:

  1. Email us at info@tifopro.com with proof of ownership.


 

6. Problem Resolution (Our Promise)

 

6.1 Customer Support

  • WhatsAPP: Fastest response (Mon-Fri, 9 AM–5 PM CET).

  • Email: Replies within 24 hours (even weekends).

6.2 Legal Disputes

  • First: We’ll try to solve issues amicably.

  • Last resort: Claims must be filed in Warsaw, Poland.
